The Trial Premium can be posted as its own webpage, a section on a webpage (like an events page), or a link to an uploaded file on a webpage. The entire Trial Premium must be posted using one of these options. If you decide to post the premium as an uploaded file it needs to be in pdf format. This will minimize any issues competitors may have opening the document due to differing versions of Microsoft office or if they use a Mac. You can convert a document to pdf format in Microsoft Word, either under the Export or Print tabs depending on your version of Word.
The entry links for your trial (which will be supplied to you by your Trial Coordinator) will need to be added to your website at least a week before the trial opens for entries.
If your Premium is posted as a webpage, then the entry links need to be added to the Premium near the top in the area where the entry cost/entry limits are listed. If your Premium is posted as a link to a pdf then you need to post your entry links on the same page and directly above or below the link to the premium.
Each entry link needs to be easily visible and clearly labeled as to which event it is the entry link for.
If you are holding more than one round of the same level (i.e. 2 days of NW3) then you will be provided with one entry link for both days and the entry system will give people a choice of which day(s) they are submitting entry for.
Once your Trial Premium page is on your website, you need to send your Trial Coordinator the link to the Premium (if it is posted as a webpage) or the webpage that the Premium link is posted on (if it is an uploaded pdf).
The NACSW™ posts the Trial Premium link that you provide to the NACSWMembership yahoo group and adds it to the calendar listing for your trial so that competitors can find the entry links easily. The NACSW™ calendar is also updated with the exact link to the Trial Premium Page so people can easily find the premium and entry links. It is important that we are given the correct link and that the premium/trial information is NOT posted on multiple pages of your website since this can make it hard for competitors to find the information they need.
