SHOP POLICY

v     All pets and humans entering this establishment will be treated with courtesy and respect

v     All pets must be vaccinated according to their vet’s preference for the health and safety of all

v     Payment is expected when service is rendered

v     There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks

v     If you cannot make your scheduled appointment please call to let us know as soon as possible so that we may fill the appointment. Limiting my dogs to six per day makes this very important, help me not have to schedule extra. Three no shows without a call and I will not rebook your pet.

v     If you are not here for your appointment within one hour of your scheduled time you may lose it for that day.

v     A sitting fee of $10.00 will be applied to all pets left more than half an hour after their designated pick up time without a courtesy call. Over an hour will be $5.00 for every 15 minutes---It’s worth the call!! Believe me, I have good reason for this policy. Try a dog left until 8:45 PM “ because you live here anyway”, unacceptable, I also have other obligations and responsibilities like all of you.

v     Under no circumstances will any employee of Pawsitive Image administer a tranquilizer or other medication to a pet, it is illegal!!!

v     We are not vets therefore we will give no medical advice, however, we will bring potential health issues to your attention if we notice them so that you may seek medical treatment.
